The Peace and Justice Service Paraguay (Serpaj) issued a declaration against military expenditure in Paraguayand in favour of redirecting military funds to the real threats that endanger Paraguay: poverty, poor distribution of wealth and lack of social policies for the most vulnerable sectors.
